Professional Installation

All installation, upgrade and add on work is performed only by TelNet technicians. The technicians receive in-house training in addition to manufacturer certification. Complete implementation and installation is our trademark.

Training

TelNet will work with your staff to train them effectively on the use of your telephone system. We will also provide training classes that fit your schedule. The training classes will include instructions for the telephone system's features, office procedures and telephone etiquette. Special individual attention will be given to console attendants and relief attendants to insure complete understanding of the console and system operation. TelNet will be contacting you regularly to offer additional training and other services.

24-Hour Service and Support

Expert service and support is available 24 hours, 7 days a week through the TelNet National Customer Service Center. The service center is designed to provide service to the customer proactively, utilizing remote capabilities. TelNet's customer service representatives are available around the clock to assist you toward that goal.

Sales

The goal of TelNet's sales staff is to consult and educate customers seeking telecommunication solutions for their hotels. TelNet is experienced in recognizing the unique characteristics of each hotel's need and pricing the opportunity accordingly. TelNet Corporation is a service company that sells, not a sales company that services.

History

TelNet Corporation was founded in 1992 out of the demand by the Hospitality Industry for quality, reliable, cost effective communication systems and support. The concept was simple, be one of the first providers that could cost effectively handle a large, national hospitality chain. Since that time TelNet has installed and maintained over 1,000 PBX products for the Hospitality Industry, primarily with national accounts.
